FIRST  CHOOSE   your styles, prints, sizes, measurements, and contrast colors.

XS 20" 
 S   20 3/4"
M   21 1/2
L    22
XL  22 1/2

For the Hat with attached scarf:

If your child is 9 or 10 yr. old,  I would just get the XL as most of the difference is in the length.  You will get many years of wear as these hats at 100% polyester and wash and wear very well.
